Some questions:

Why is there no national Canadian childcare program? And how does this shape how our next generation develops?

How do we think about the option of mothering/not mothering. The advent of better contraception methods made it easier for women to chose whether or not to have children. In our yummy-mummy-centered world today, is it even more difficult for those women who decide to not mother.

Our new Canadian international maternal care program doesn’t include abortion. But in developing countries thousands of women’s lives are saved by abortion. How do feel about our foreign policy being shaped by these social and religious attitudes?
